Customs & Local Charges
All local import taxes, clearance charges and relevant administrative fees generated during cross-border delivery shall be borne solely by the purchasing shopper. These fees are not included in commodity price or basic shipping cost settled at checkout.
We recommend confirming local entry charge standards via local relevant departments before placing orders. We will not cover, offset or refund any self-borne local clearance fees under any circumstance.
Refusal & Abandoned Parcel Rule
If shoppers refuse parcel pickup due to local additional fees, the held parcel will follow local storage rules. Unclaimed parcels will be disposed of per local management rules after the valid holding period. We take no liability for disposed abandoned parcels.
